Welcome to Thermory ("the App", "we", "us", "our"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Thermory app.
Important Notice: Thermory is a thermal imaging tool. We do not upload any of your photos, videos, temperature data, or personal information to any cloud servers. All captured content, temperature analysis data, and reports are stored locally on your device by default. Unless you actively choose to share, we have no access to any of your content.

• Thermal images and videos you capture
• Temperature analysis data and reports you save
• Notes and tags you add within the app
• Inspection tasks and check-in records you create

To provide and improve our services, we may collect the following limited information:
• Device information (model, Android version), for compatibility analysis and troubleshooting
• App usage data (feature usage frequency, crash logs), for performance optimization and user experience improvement

3. Permissions
• Camera permission: Used for the "Visible Light Comparison" feature to access your phone's camera.
• Microphone permission: Used to record ambient audio while capturing thermal videos.
• Storage permission: Used to save photos, videos, and reports to your device.
All permissions are only triggered when you actively use the corresponding features. We do not access your camera or storage in the background.

4. Data Storage

4.1 Local Storage
• All thermal images, videos, temperature analysis data, and reports you capture are stored locally on your device by default. You can find these files in the following directories via your device's file manager:
/storage/emulated/0/DCIM/Thermory/ and /storage/emulated/0/Download/Thermory/
• You can delete, export, or share your data at any time through the app or your device's file manager.
• This app does not provide automatic cloud sync, your data is never automatically uploaded to any server.

4.2 Data Sharing
You can actively share photos or reports with others using the "Share" function within the app. Once shared, the content is saved by the recipient, and we assume no responsibility for it thereafter.

5. Your Rights and Choices
You have full control over your data:
• View data: Browse all your photos and reports in the app's album.
• Delete data: Delete photos and reports directly from the album.
• Export data: Use the "Share" or "Export Report" functions within the app.
• Revoke permissions: Manage camera and storage permissions via your device's Settings > Apps > Thermory > Permissions.

6. Disclaimer
• The temperature data, thermal images, and analysis results provided by this app are for reference only and do not constitute professional diagnosis, testing, or certification conclusions.
• This app is not a medical device and is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or health assessment of human body temperature.
• Thermal imaging measurements are affected by various factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, object emissivity, and measurement distance. Results may contain errors. Users should exercise their own judgment in combination with actual conditions.
• Users should comply with relevant safety regulations when using this app and the accompanying hardware. We assume no legal liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this app.
