We provide comprehensive warranty service for every user
Warranty & Repair
The user who purchases Robofinity-branded product through the official crowdfunding platform, official websites or authorized dealers can enjoy the warranty service under these terms. The user who purchases from unauthorized third parties cannot enjoy the warranty service under these terms.
Warranty period
ROBOFINITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ('Robofinity') assures the initial purchaser, there will be no materials and workmanship defects in Robofinity-branded products for 1 year from the date of receipt under normal use. Free repair is provided for non-human-caused failure or damage during the normal usage within the warranty period. (If you live in the European economic community (EEA), and you purchased Robofinity products in EEA, the warranty is 2 years from the purchase date.)
If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, at its option, Robofinity will either (1) use new or refurbished spare parts to repair the product free of charge; (2) change a new or refurbished product. The replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Robofinity’s property.
Non-warranty scope
1.Exceeding the warranty period of 1 year;
2.No warranty card; altering or forging the warranty card;
3.The device information does not match the warranty card;
4.Consumables and accessories;
5.Failure or damage caused by not using and keeping the device according to the requirements of the User Manual;
6.Failure or damage caused by the forced use of the device under abnormal usage conditions;
7.Failure or damage caused by unauthorized disassembling, repairing or modification;
8.Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors;
9.Other Failure or damage caused by problems other than the product's own design, manufacture and quality issues.
Warranty instruction
1.The User needs to contact the customer service (via global@robofinity.com) before obtaining the after-sales service. If it is confirmed that the product needs to be sent back for testing, please send out the product within 7 calendar days and inform the customer service of the relevant courier information. We will refuse to sign for the package if the user did not inform the customer service staff in advance.
2.Due to the possibility of user data loss during the repair process, please backup your data before sending back the product.
3.Robofinity will detect the problem and determine the liability after receiving the product sent by the user. If it meets the scope of free warranty, we are responsible for bearing the repair and shipping costs; If it does not fall within the scope of free warranty, the user can choose to have us return the original product or pay for repairs. We will charge corresponding repair and shipping costs based on the specific problem.
4.The User needs to pay the shipping fee in advance, and this part of the cost is based on the principle of fault party paying.
5.The User is responsible for address errors, additional delivery fees, labor costs, and delivery lost.
Return & Replace
The user who purchases Robofinity-branded product through the official crowdfunding platform, official websites or authorized dealers can enjoy the warranty service under these terms. The user who purchases from unauthorized third parties cannot enjoy the warranty service under these terms.
Return
Within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt you can request Return Service if the product has non-human-caused failure or damage. After Return Service confirmation is sent from Robofinity, the user should return the complete product and packaging, including extra gifts.
Return Service will not be provided where:
×It is requested beyond 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
×The product that has no quality problem tested by Quality department of Robofinity.
×The user does not send out the product within 7 calendar days after Return Service confirmation is sent from Robofinity.
×The user did not return the complete product and packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
×The legal proof of purchase or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
×Product labels, serial numbers, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
×Failure or damage caused by not using and keeping the device according to the requirements of the User Manual.
×Failure or damage caused by the forced use of the device under abnormal usage conditions.
×Failure or damage caused by unauthorized disassembling, repairing or modification.
×Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors.
×Other Failure or damage caused by problems other than the product's own design, manufacture and quality issues.
Replace
Within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt you can request Replace Service if the product has non-human caused failure or damage. After Replace Service confirmation is sent from Robofinity, the user should send back the complete product and packaging for replacement.
Replace Service will not be provided where:
×It is requested beyond 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.
×The product that has no quality problem tested by Quality department of Robofinity.
×The user does not send out the product within 7 calendar days after Replace Service confirmation is sent from Robofinity.
×The user did not send back the complete product and packaging.
×The legal proof of purchase or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
×Product labels, serial numbers, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
×Failure or damage caused by not using and keeping the device according to the requirements of the User Manual.

Service instruction
1.The User needs to contact the customer service staff (via global@robofinity.com) before obtaining the after-sales service. If it is confirmed that the product needs to be sent back for testing, please send out the product within 7 calendar days and inform the customer service of the relevant courier information. We will refuse to sign for the package if the user did not inform the customer service staff in advance.
2.The User needs to pay the shipping fee in advance, and this part of the cost is based on the principle of fault party paying.
3.The User is responsible for address errors, additional delivery fees, labor costs, and delivery lost.

Please note that rejecting cookies employed by our Sites will affect your experience with the Sites.
The information that we may collect:
1.You provide us with personal information, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, or bank card number when you sign up for an account, purchase products or use our service.
2.The type of your computer or mobile device from which you are accessing the Sites or using the Features, the time or the number of visits, the duration of your visits, any return visits, the IP address of such devices, the manufacturer and model of your device, the version of your operating system, the network through which you connected to the Sites, your preferred language, the reference page, etc.

Advertising service:
We may use tools such as Google Analytics to collect information generated in the process of using the website. If you do not wish to receive advertisements from Robofinity or our affiliates via email or informational (SMS) text messages, you may contact Robofinity at any time and choose to opt-out of such advertising by emailing us your request to that effect to: global@robofinity.com.

The information we collect is mainly used to analyze preferences to optimize the website according to your preferences, optimize your shopping experience and assist you in completing your product orders.

1. You can contact us by email us to: global@robofinity.com at any time to share your concerns about the accuracy of any information that we are holding about you.
2. If you want to cancel your registration, you can send us an email to: global@robofinity.com.
The information that we may share:
Robofinity will not transfer or disclose your personal information without your consent to any non-affiliated third party, unless:
1.when required by law, such as to comply with current or future regulations binding upon us, or court summons, government orders or other legal procedures;
2.when we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud;
3. Provide personal information to Robofinity's affiliates or other cooperative companies or individuals so that they can represent or assist Robofinity in processing the information. Robofinity requires the above parties to agree to the processing of this information in accordance with Robofinity's provisions, this Privacy Policy, and relevant laws and regulations. In other words, the above parties cannot use the information for other purposes or make it public without Robofinity’s permission under this policy.
If we were to become involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of our assets, we might be expected to share information concerning our users with such merger partner or purchaser, and we will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or in uses of your information. At that time, we also would notify you as to any choices that you may have regarding such information.
Information security:
The computers and servers in which we store sensitive personal identification information are located in a secure environment, and access to those computers and servers is restricted to only those employees and others with a need to know for the purpose of performing their responsibilities to Robofinity.

Exceptions to privacy policy:
If you choose to connect to any other website or webpage via links provided on the Sites, you do so at your own risk, and you should read and familiarize yourself with the privacy statements of such other websites to determine how they collect and use personally identifiable information in connection with your visit.
Children policy:
Robofinity’s product is intended for mature users over the age of 14, and is not intended for or directed to children aged 14 or under the age of 14. If you are under 14 years old (including), you need to make sure to get your legal guardian's consent before providing personal information. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at global@robofinity.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time after receiving such notice.
Modification:
From time to time, we will update this Policy to comply with changes in applicable privacy laws and industry practices, so please check this page regularly for the latest Privacy Policy. When we modify this Policy, we will let you know on the Site by indicating that there is a new revision available (and the date of that revision). Your continued use of the Site after the revised Policy becomes effective will evidence your acknowledgment and agreement that you have read, understood and agreed to the then-current version of this Policy.
