Robofinity InsightDrive – my top choice for in-car safety devices.

I've always hoped for a reliable driving safety device that can keep an eye on pedestrians, vehicles, and even the movements of animals by the road.

Robofinity was my top choice from the start, yet I ran into quite a few issues when I first used it. Initially, the device only picked up signals when objects were within 10 meters, and sometimes it detected nothing at all. I was worried this range was far too limited, so I spent a long time adjusting the camera's mounting angle repeatedly to fix the problem. Out of desperation, I sent a help email to Robofinity, expecting to wait a long time for a reply. To my surprise, the customer service team got back to me quickly and clearly informed me they were also in addressing this issue. This prompt response put half my worries to rest right away.

Just a few days later, I received an update notification from Robofinity—and this update brought a game-changing improvement! The original 10-meter detection limit was gone; now it effortlessly spots pedestrians 80 to 90 meters away, and its vehicle detection range even reaches 170 meters. I accept mounting it lower will naturally reduce the detection range so very happy with current range. 

What surprised me even more is its exceptional detection capability. Bushes outdoors are no obstacle at all—it can accurately identify wallabies hiding in them. Even the small, spiny anteaters darting across the road are captured by the camera in an instant. Its detection performance is truly impeccable.

Of course, after using it, I have a few minor wishes: it would be great if the camera had a higher resolution and a color screen. But then I thought—if it did, I'd probably stare at the screen nonstop and end up getting distracted while driving. It would also be more convenient if the display could show GPS location. But these small hopes don't affect my overall evaluation one bit. When a product excels this much at its core functions, it's absolutely worth every penny spent.

This experience didn't just make me recognize the outstanding quality of the Robofinity InsightDrive; it also left me with a lasting impression of the brand's excellent customer service. From the moment I reported the problem to their technical response, the customer service team was consistently efficient and attentive. They truly take users' issues to heart and solve them with tangible actions. Now this camera is an essential companion for all my outdoor trips, and I've become a loyal Robofinity fan. I'm looking forward to more amazing products from the brand, and I'll recommend it to all my friends without a second thought!
