Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that our 15‑day return policy applies only to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan. For all other countries, returns are accepted only for defective products under our 1‑year warranty.

Shipping Times
Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location:
- For the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom: 4–15 business days
- For Germany, Japan: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping applies to the following countries: United States (excl. AK, HI, territories), Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom. Remote areas within these countries may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before order confirmation. Free shipping does not apply to Germany, Japan, or other countries.

Shipping Rates
Fixed rates for non‑free shipping countries:
- Japan: $10 USD
- Germany: $30 USD
- All other countries: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customs Duties & Taxes
We cover all customs duties and import taxes – you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Warranty
All products come with a 1‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. During this period, we will repair or replace any faulty item in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
