Warranty & Repair
Users who purchase Robofinity‑branded products through the official crowdfunding platform, official websites, authorized dealers, or authorized sellers on third‑party platforms (e.g., Amazon) may enjoy warranty service under these terms. Users who purchase from unauthorized third parties (including unauthorized sellers on any platform) cannot enjoy warranty service under these terms. To verify whether a seller is an authorized distributor or authorized seller, please check our official Where to Buy page at https://robofinity.com/pages/where-to-buy or contact us at global@robofinity.com before making your purchase.

Warranty Period
Please note: If you discover an issue within the first 15 days of receiving your product, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for a full refund or exchange. After the 15‑day return period, this warranty policy applies.

ROBOFINITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ('Robofinity') assures the initial purchaser that there will be no materials and workmanship defects in Robofinity‑branded products for 1 year from the date of receipt under normal use. Free repair is provided for non‑human‑caused failure or damage during normal usage within the warranty period.

Proof of purchase (order number or email address used at checkout) is sufficient to verify warranty eligibility. We do not require a physical warranty card.

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, at its option, Robofinity will either:
(1) use new or refurbished spare parts to repair the product free of charge; or
(2) replace with a new or refurbished product. The replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Robofinity’s property.

Non‑Warranty Scope
1. Exceeding the warranty period of 1 year;
2. Consumables and accessories;
3. Failure or damage caused by not using and keeping the device according to the requirements of the User Manual;
4. Failure or damage caused by forced use of the device under abnormal usage conditions;
5. Failure or damage caused by unauthorized disassembling, repairing or modification;
6. Failure or damage caused by force majeure factors;
7. Other failure or damage caused by problems other than the product's own design, manufacture and quality issues.

Warranty Instruction
1. The User must contact customer service (via global@robofinity.com) before obtaining after‑sales service. If it is confirmed that the product needs to be sent back for testing, please send the product within 7 calendar days and inform customer service of the relevant courier information. We will refuse to sign for the package if the user did not inform customer service in advance.
2. Due to the possibility of user data loss during repair, please back up your data before sending back the product.
3. Robofinity will detect the problem and determine liability after receiving the product. If it meets the scope of free warranty, we bear the repair and shipping costs. If it does not fall within free warranty, the user may choose to have us return the original product or pay for repairs. We will charge corresponding repair and shipping costs based on the specific problem.
4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
   - If the product defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue (within warranty scope): Robofinity will cover shipping costs both to us and back to you.
   - If the product issue falls outside warranty scope (e.g., user damage, wear and tear): The user is responsible for shipping costs to send the product to us. We will provide a repair cost estimate, and if you choose to proceed, return shipping will be covered by Robofinity after repair fees are paid.
   - If no defect is found: The user is responsible for round‑trip shipping costs.
5. Responsibility for Shipping Issues
   - If the return address provided by the user is incorrect: The user is responsible for any additional delivery fees or lost packages due to the address error.
   - If the package is lost during return shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier. If tracking information shows the package was lost in transit after being shipped by the user, the risk of loss may be borne by the user or the carrier depending on the shipping service selected. Robofinity will assist in coordinating with the carrier when possible. For high‑value items, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
   - If the package is lost after being signed for by our warehouse: Robofinity assumes responsibility and will process the service accordingly.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved by contacting us at global@robofinity.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) rules.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robofinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ROBOFINITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the website for any illegal purpose; (b) upload viruses or malicious code; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) harass or abuse other users.

Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitute acceptance.
